first of all you have to create a new topic for your application and it should have the following things

1-name
2-ingame name
3-how long have u been playing in et
4-why do you want to join etx?
5-did anyone told u about our server? if yes then name him
6-how long can u play et a day
7-whats your age
8-do u scrim?
9-finally , will u abide by the rules and regulations of our server
